Abstract:  Rehabilitation  of  children  in  need  of  special  care,  their  inclusion  in 

the  ranks  of  healthy  peers,  social,  material  support  and  preparation  for  independent 

living, a comprehensive study of their perception and thinking, mental and emotional 

state and issues  such  as overcoming  existing problems  at different  levels  are  one of 

the most pressing issues today.
