?
Well, I think the advantages are almost the same for adults as they are for children. Adults do
sports in order to keep fit. When people get older, it is sometimes difficult to remain slim and
energetic.Exercising on a weekly basis allows you to feel better, and to think more clearly. When
you go for a run, or after a good sweat, you will feel relaxed. It is a great chance to forget about
your daily worries.Finally, adults are busy with their work, and they might not have so much time
to hang out with their friends. Playing basketball or badminton gives them an occasion to meet up
with friends or relatives.
