Distributing system of protected educational videos

Medical Faculties often have very extensive video libraries of learning materials. However 
substantial part of them excludes the public access, and its content needs to be protected against 
misuse.
Parallel quality and security concerns have led to the requirements to build a proprietary 
system for the processing and distribution of protected videos. 
The situation in the world 
Thanks to advancing technical developments, the video is becoming an increasingly 
common component of distance medical education [1]. There are numerous video servers, e.g. 
TeacherTube, that distribute educational videos. Medical information can be found on some of 
them as well [2, 3]. However, the medical content is mainly provided by specialized servers [4] 
linked to universities in Europe and the USA [5].
For video delivery, H.264 format is preferred (or higher [6]). Cryptography [7] is used to 
protect video streaming.
However, protected content is distributed only within closed university communities, so 
we were looking for a proprietary protected video sharing platform. 
The Mission

Distribution of high quality streaming video to a designated circle of authenticated users

Protection of clinically sensitive videos against unauthorized copying 
c) 
Usage of technology that is available and standardized in commercial and academic fields 
d) 
To create authors user-friendly environment for managing and distributing videos
