consonant  letter.  The  letter  “Cc”  *si:+  is  a  voiceless  consonant  letter.  It  gives  the 

phonemes [k] and [s].  

1)  before  the  hard  vowel  letter  and  consonant  letters,  it  gives  the  phoneme  [k].  For 

example:      Cake [keik] – tort  

     Call [kכ:l] – chaqirmoq
