INTRODUCTION 
Over the  years,  socio-economic  reforms  have  led to  drastic  structural  changes  in  car  service, the 
economy aimed at quality and full satisfaction of students in service, as well as new requirements 
for car maintenance and car service. 
Service  is a service-oriented activity. Its special feature is that  while some material resources are 
consumed in the service process, the service is not in the form of material, but in meeting the need 
through activity.
