You can be asked a very wide variety of questions in the IELTS Speaking interview.
That being said, a few questions are especially likely to come up. Here are a few
common IELTS questions that are likely to come up on test day. Important key
vocabulary words in these questions are highlighted and explained.
What do you think the benefits of being able to speak more than one language
are?
Benefits: advantages, positive aspects, is beneficial (i.e. The main
advantages…/One of the most positive aspects…/Being able to converse in
more than one language is extremely beneficial.)
Can you give me some examples?
Examples: for instance, a good example, the best example (i.e. For
