3.  RESULTS 

 

The  results  of  the  descriptive  statistics  indicated  a  respondent  profile.  59.4%  of  the 

respondents  were  female  and  40.6%  were  male.  The  age  groups  were  represented  as 

follows: 39.9% from 18-34, 32.9% from 35-49, 21.7% from 50-64, 5.6%  from 65. In 

other  words,  72.8%  were  young  and  middle  aged  people  (18  to  50).  The  education 

structure  showed  that  all  of  respondents  completed  high  school  and  higher  education, 

indicating  that  a  large  proportion  of  the  sample  was  well  educated  (51%  have 

undergraduate  and  graduate  education).  39.9%  of  residents  worked  in  private  sector. 

The  majority  of  the  respondents  53.9%  had  monthly  incomes  from  3.000  to  8.000 

HRK. Table 1 shows the respondents’ profile.
