Pulodi joined the Union of Writers of the Soviet Union in 1940. He

received the Badge of Honor, the Red Banner of Courage, and the Hon-

orary Order of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of Tajikistan.

Pulodi died in Moscow on July 29, 1974.
