Theoretical value of the work. The materials of the qualification work may be 

used  in  Foreign  Language  Teaching  in  secondary  schools,  academic  lyceums, 

professional colleges and higher education.  

The  basic  purpose  of  qualification  paper  is  to  learn  and  analysis  the 

theoretical  and  practical  issues  of    the  methodology  of  Teaching  English  speaking 

and listening in Elementary stages. 

 The  novelty  of  our  work  is  to  determine  methodological  issues  of  teaching 

oral language skills, so to analise the methodological basis of teaching oral speech as 

well as monologue and dialogue part of speaking and listening in secondary schools.
