Baholash mezonlari
O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Oliy va o‘rta maxsus ta‘lim vazirining 2018 yil 9
avgustdagi 19-2018-son buyrug‘iga asosan tasdiqlangan - Oliy ta‘lim
muassasalarida talabalar bilimini nazorat qilish va baholash tizimi to‘g‘risidagi
nizomga muvofiq Oliy ta‘lim muassasalarida talabalar bilimini nazorat qilish oraliq
va yakuniy nazorat turlarini o‘tkazish orqali amalga oshiriladi.
Mazkur nizomga muvofiq talabalar bilimini baholash 5 baholik tizimda
amalga oshiriladi. Shunga muvofiq talabalarning bilimi quyidagi mezonlar asosida
baholanadi:
• talaba mustaqil xulosa va qaror qabul qiladi, ijodiy fikrlay oladi, mustaqil
mushohada yuritadi, olgan bilimini amalda qo‘llay oladi, fanning (mavzuning)
mohiyatini tushunadi, biladi, ifodalay oladi, aytib beradi hamda fan (mavzu)
bo‘yicha tasavvurga ega deb topilganda — 5 (a‘lo) baho;
• talaba mustaqil mushohada yuritadi, olgan bilimini amalda qo‘llay oladi,
fanning (mavzuning) mohiyatni tushunadi, biladi, ifodalay oladi, aytib beradi
hamda fan (mavzu) bo‘yicha tasavvurga ega deb topilganda — 4 (yaxshi) baho;
• talaba olgan bilimini amalda qo‘llay oladi, fanning (mavzuning) mohiyatni
tushunadi, biladi, ifodalay oladi, aytib beradi hamda fan (mavzu) bo‘yicha
tasavvurga ega deb topilganda — 3 (qoniqarli) baho;
• talaba fan dasturini o‘zlashtirmagan, fanning (mavzuning) mohiyatini
tushunmaydi hamda fan (mavzu) bo‘yicha tasavvurga ega emas deb topilganda
— 2 (qoniqarsiz) baho.
Mazkur mezonlar asosida talabaning amaliy mashg‘ulotlar va mustaqil
ta‘lim topshiriqlarini bajarishi, shuningdek uning ushbu mashg‘ulotlardagi
faolligi fan o‘qituvchisi tomonidan baholab boriladi. Talabani oraliq nazorat
turi bo‘yicha baholashda, uning o‘quv mashg‘ulotlari davomida olgan baholari
inobatga olinadi.
Oraliq va yakuniy nazoratlarni o’tkazish Oraliq va yakuniy nazoratlarni
o’tkazish. Oraliq nazorat semestr davomida ishchi fan dasturining tegishli
bo‘limi tugagandan keyin talabaning bilim va amaliy ko‘nikmalarini baholash
maqsadida o‘quv mashg‘ulotlari davomida o‘tkaziladi. Yakuniy nazorat esa semestr
yakunida talabaning nazariy bilim va amaliy ko‘nikmalarini o‘zlashtirish darajasini
aniqlash maqsadida o‘tkaziladi.
Oraliq nazorat turini o‘tkazish shakli 3 xildir: Og‘zaki, yozma va test.
1) Og’zaki va yozma.
Oraliq baholashlarda 1 tadan nazariy topshiriq va 2 tadan amaliy topshiriq
beriladi.
Yakuniy baholashlarda 2 tadan nazariy topshiriq va 2 tadan amaliy topshiriq
beriladi.
Talabalar bilimini baholash mezonlari quyidagicha:

• Bilmaslik.
2) Test. Nazoratning bu shaklida standart va nostandart test topshiriqlaridan
foydalanish maqsadga muvofiq. Talabalar egallagan bilim, ko‘nikma va
malakalarni baholashda Blum taksonomiyasi asosidagi nostandart test
topshiriqlari muhim ahamiyatga ega. Chunki, bunday nostandart testlar talabalar
o‘quv maqsadlari ya‘ni bilish, tushunish, amaliyotga qo‘llash, tahlil, sintez,
hulosalash darajasini aniqroq baholash imkoniyatini yaratadi. Shu maqsadda
oraliq nazoratning test shakli 25 ta test topshiriqlaridan iborat bo‘lib, ulardan 15 tasi
standart yana 10 tasi esa nostandart test topshiriqlaridan iborat bo‘ladi. Har bir test
topshirig‘i 0,2 bahodan baholanib, so‘ngra barcha berilgan to‘g‘ri javoblar jamlanib,
nazoratning umumiy bahosi quyidagi shkala asosida qo‘yiladi:
5 (a‘lo)
4 (yaxshi)
3 (qoniqarli)
2 (qoniqarsiz)
Oraliq va yakuniy nazorat topshiriqlari kafedra professor-o‘qituvchilari
tomonidan ishlab chiqiladi va kafedra mudiri tomonidan tasdiqlanadi. Nazorat
turini o‘tkazish shakli esa kafedra tomonidan belgilanadi.
Oraliq nazorat turini o‘tkazish va mazkur nazorat turi bo‘yicha
talabaning bilimini baholash fan bo‘yicha o‘quv mashg‘ulotlarini olib borgan
professor-o‘qituvchi tomonidan amalga oshiriladi. Yakuniy nazorat turini

o‘tkazish va mazkur nazorat turi bo‘yicha talabaning bilimini baholash o‘quv
mashg‘ulotlarini olib bormagan professor-o‘qituvchi tomonidan amalga oshiriladi.
Yakuniy nazorat turi oliy ta‘lim muassasasining tegishli fakultet dekani yoki o‘quv-
uslubiy bo‘lim tomonidan ishlab chiqiladigan hamda o‘quv ishlari bo‘yicha
prorektor tomonidan tasdiqlanadigan Yakuniy nazorat turlarini o‘tkazish jadvaliga
muvofiq o‘tkaziladi.
