The  purpose  of  the  research:  The  creation  of  the  Baburid  state,  its 

diplomacy,  the  basics  of  the  concept  of  foreign  policy,  the  process  of  diplomatic 

relations  with  neighboring  and  distant  foreign  countries  were  aimed  at  studying 

historical experience and the result of interaction. 

Research method: The problem was approached from the point of view of 

the ideology of independence, the principle of building a legal democratic state and 

civil society, as well as the harmony of universal and national  values. A work was 

also  constructed  on  a  comparative  analytical  analysis  of  historical  research,  the 

dialectical approach, objectivity, historicity, synergetic, and hermeneutical methods.
