Use the Corrected UOG Codes Below for those Organizations
HUD CPD recently noticed that over 300 organizations had multiple listings in IDIS. It has now cleaned up this problem by eliminating all but one entry for each of those organizations. The following list contains the correct names, UOG Codes, and UOG Numbers, which grantees should use when creating subgrants for these organizations. HUD Field Offices should not add these organizations anew to IDIS under a new UOG Code and UOG number, as that would recreate another duplicate.
If a grantee can’t find an organization in IDIS by UOG Code and name that it used to subgrant to, check the list below to identify the new (correct) UOG Code to use for the organization. If an organization can no longer be found in IDIS and is not on the list below, please contact your Field Office or the TAU for assistance. The list below is organized alphabetically by State abbreviation and by organization name within each State.
