guides companies about what they can claim in their adverts. it is also the 
standard for evaluating adverts. Adverts must be honest, fair and decent. So, for 
example, if an advert claims that a car is the fastest in the world, the company 
must be able to show that this is true.

their dishonest or unfair advertising in the media. This makes people think that
