Maternity Leave

Eligibility :
As
per the Maternity Act, the employee must work minimum 80
days in the previous 12 months.
which means, the employee must serve 12
months of service in the organization.
•
Should apply 45 days in advance
•
Employee is entitled to avail leave for 6 months
with Basic pay during this
period.
•
Employee will receive 6 months Basic pay with the
salary after completion of
one month of service once she resumes to work.
NOTE:
Misuse of Company resources and conduct in violation of Company policy will result in
disciplinary action in accordance
with the Company policy, up to and including termination.
