Conceptual questions of psychology of professional reliability and adaptation of 
workers to the conditions at nuclear stations
This paper contains the conceptual aspects of assuring system of nuclear orga-
nizations personnel professional reliability, which today is develop and improve in 
Russia. The professional reliability it has been identified as a condition of great 
importance for professional adaptation of NPPs personnel. The subsystems of 
Safety Culture, Psychological Assuring, Ergonomic Assuring and Social Safety have 
been identified and described.

Феноменология и компоненты психологической готовности сотрудников 
МВД России к деятельности в чрезвычайных обстоятельствах
Автор рассматривает содержание понятия готовность; особо останавлива-
ясь на психологической готовности к деятельности в чрезвычайных условиях. 
В структуре психологической готовности автор выделяет пять основных ком-
понентов: мотивационный, волевой, эмоционально-регуляторный, информа-
ционно-познавательный (когнитивный) и типологический. Применительно к 
каждому из компонентов выделены три уровня (высокий, средний и низкий) 
и дано их содержательное описание. В основу положен личный опыт психоло-
гического обеспечения сотрудников МВД России, участвовавших в выполнении 
контртеррористических операций в Чеченской Республике и на Северном 
Кавказе.

Phenomenology and components of psychological readiness of employees of the 
Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia to activity in extreme situations
The author explores the meaning of the term “preparedness”, especially psy-
chological preparedness to work under extreme conditions. The structure of psycho-
logical preparedness comprises five main components: motivational, willed, regula-
tory, cognitive and psychological. Within each component three levels (high, 
medium and low) are specified and informatively described basing on the personal 
experience of providing psychological assistance to the specialists of the Interior 
Ministry of Russia, participated in the counter-terrorism missions in Chechen Re-
public and the Northern Caucasus.
