The scientific novelty of the research consists of the following:

Phraseology is a complex ethnocultural unit, which has both volume and boundaries. The semantics of phraseology have been determined from every point of view by the fact that human consciousness can acquire information in phraseology through the understanding of these dimensions;

For the first time it is clarified the criteria for defining phraseology, semantic and stylistic differences of the phraseological system, stylistic function in the context, as well as differences in the usage in Karakalpak linguistics;

It is used in the work a systematic-functional, anthropocentric approach to the phraseology of the Karakalpak language;

Phraseological units are described the mentality and national character of the people from the linguistic and cultural point of view;

The historical and cultural differences of the phraseological units are discussed in conjunction with the linguacultural views of the Karakalpak people;

The differences in the context of the original Karakalpak phraseology, oral speech, usage in folklore are shown;

The stylistic possibilities of phraseology in prose are expanded in the study; The differences in the methods which used in context are highlighted.
