Nowadays large of people choose purchasing in new kind of supermarkets. I think, this will lead to a crisis of local shops in the future because if large supermarkets sell things at low prices, sale stop in local shops

In contrast, the role of an effective team leader cannot be neglected because he is responsible for the team supervision, and developing strategies. As far as guidance and support are concerned, a supervisor shows direction to his workforce and communicates company goals. He also provides valuable feedback to them to perform well. Without this supervision, a team would not be able to complete its task within a given timeframe. As for strategy development, a manager defines a process that all others follow and allocates resources to his team for carrying out their duties. This strategic planning is a key aspect for any industry to be successful.

It is true that video __surveillance___ has become commonplace in many cities in recent years. While I understand that critics may see this as an invasion of privacy, I believe that there are more benefits than drawbacks.
Some people believe that video surveillance must have beside of school. Some people drive themselves car very fast. They are mainly teenagers. Many teenagers do not see pedestrians, so this situation reasons an accident. Last year, one girl was died an accident with car. Because, some teenagers were that was an accident going for a walk. After that, they were sent to the prison.
We always must look out for on the road. If we careless on the road, we might have an accident. If do not have video cameras, crimes will increase. For instance, robbery, mugging and others. These days a lot of robbers are not doing robbery. Because, we are using video cameras on the road, in the shopping center, at schools.
In my opinion, always we must use video cameras everywhere. If we do not do this in public places, we will occur some accidents, robbery, vandalism.
In conclusion, I would argue that the advantages of using video cameras in public
places do outweigh the disadvantages.
Sometimes, it is ok to misunderstand.
