Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with your quality of

service.

I have recently ordered a cassette recorder from the website of your shop

on June 2. I received the order on June 4. When I used the cassette

recorder for the first time, it did not work. I felt regrettable. Although it was

brand new and costly, it did not fend to me that value. I sent the cassette

recorder back to your shop after having been assured by one of the

assistants that I would be sent a refund.

However, I still have not received one. I have been a regular client of your

shop but now I am completely disappointed with the way I have been

treated and hope that steps will be taken to rectify the situation.
