WHAT IS NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION?

Instead of written or oral words, it relies on various non-verbal cues like physical movements, tasks, colors, signs, symbols, signals charts, etc. to express feelings, attitudes or information.

LANGUAGE

Body language is the most obvious form of nonverbal communication, and it can convey much about ourselves and our level of interest

Gestures are movements of the arms, legs, hands, and head. Some authors opine that gesture is the deliberate body movement because they express specific and intentional meaning.

Maintaining eye contact helps promote conversations, keep them flowing and develop rapport.

It expresses the type of emotions or feelings such as love, interest, anger, confusion, fear, hatred surprise, and uncertainty.
