Introduction of research results. The results of the research in the field of
creation and application of modern didactic teaching aids in the training of
teachers of vocational education:
didactic possibilities of modern didactic teaching aids in activating the
cognitive activity of future teachers of professional education on the basis of
providing organizational, targeted, meaningful, technological, productive
components of the educational process, such as providing educational material
with the level of preparedness of trainees, cognitive activity management,
ensuring correct personal dialogue when developing qualification requirements,
the Nia education bachelor 5111000 - Professional Education (Ground vehicles
and their maintenance), approved by the Ministry of Higher and Vocational
Education №303 from 21 August 2015, the creation of virtual laboratories and
multimedia electronic textbook on general subjects. The developed proposals
serve to ensure the integration of subject knowledge, methodlogical knowledge
and skills in the process of preparing future teachers of vocational education;
in order to implement the tasks related to the creation and implementation
of improved normative and methodological documents in the educational
process, as well as the modern educational literature according to the Prix of the
MHSS No. 137 of April 6, 2016, the model for the preparation of future teachers
of vocational education, based on the components of the organizational and
functional structure of the modern didactic training facilities, integrative the
professional education of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, the Namangan Civil
Engineering Institute, the Bukhara Engineering Technological Institute , the
professional education of future teachers of vocational education has been
introduced and experimented in the direction of education. As a resultin the
experimental groups, the coefficient of mastering of the educational material
exceeded the indicators of the control groups by 11%, the coefficient of mastery
by 8% (reference MHSSE №89-03-2404 on October 16,2017).This model ser-
ves to improve the quality of the training of the future teacher of vocational
education;
variant of the modular organization of training as an integrated system that
implements modern didactic and methodological requirements for training
future teachers of vocational education for professional activities, reflecting the
forms of providing educational information on general professional disciplines
and providing interactive educational communication, criteria and indicators for
diagnosing the process of development of students' professional development,
technology components training of teachers of vocational education on the basis
of TERM didactic learning tools have been used in the higher educational
institutions of our republic (reference MHSSE №89-03-2404 on October 16,
2017). These multimedia electronic training aids, virtual laboratory and EUMK,
intellectual and integrative tasks in general professional and special disciplines
serve to improve the methodological foundations of the scientific organization

educational institutions, improve the quality and effectiveness of training.
