Hello, welcome back! I hope you are ready to learn some 
English, ready to stand up straight, have a good posture, put 
a big smile on your face and get ready to lesson and take a 
deep breath. Make sure you are not relaxing on a coach, sitting 
in your bed but stand up, pay attention. Get ready to learn.
Let’s start our lesson!
Today I want to talk about a great idea about a very important 
aspect of our lives and that’s our health. I will be giving some 
great ideas about this topic.
1. 
If you want to keep your health forever, the first thing 
you have to do is to work with your psychology. I have attended 
Mirzakarim Norbekov’s seminars. I acquired a lot of amazing 
experience there for one year. My conclusion is, you have to 
love yourself, you have to believe that you can be healthy and be 
optimistic. I would highly recommend everybody to attend his 
seminars. You will learn a lot of things there. These seminars can 
change your life. There are a lot of people who are happy, who are 
healthy because of the help of the Norbekov center. You will learn 
a lot from them.
2. Pay attention to your eating habits. Eat more food from 
nations that have a big population. Some of their food can 
help you to feel well and can help you to feel even wonderful. 
Have you ever heard of this? Ok, anyways. This is a fact 
and has been proven many times by the experts. Why do the
countries have such big population? Because they have wonderful 
meals. Because they consume meals which gives them a lot of 
energy.

3. I have been interested in one question in particular.
Who is the most energetic man in the world? I found that a man 
named Stu Mittleman is the most energetic man in the world.
I learnt a lot of wonderful things from him. Now I want to 
share with you the basics. You should do sport activities at least
10 hours every week. What does Stu Mittleman do to be the 
most energetic man in the world? He runs every day for 3 hours.
He says even if he does not have enough time to sleep for
8 hours, he get the rest from running. How does he run for 3 hours?
You may be shocked and astonished to find out that he runs very 
slowly. You can also practice this today. Every morning when you 
wake up, run very slowly. How slowly or how fast do you have
to run? You have to be able to breathe freely when you run.
You have to be able to talk to the next running person. This is
the speed you want to run. Why not very fast? Probably most 
of you know, if you run very fast, your energy goes up and up, 
after some time, your energy goes away. You don’t want that.
If you are a sprinter, you have got a competition, you can practice 
for running very fast. But if you are not a sportsman, you
really want to be healthy, you want to have a lot of energy
during the day, you will have to run very slowly. If you don’t want 
to run, you can walk. Walking is also very useful. Stu Mittleman 
says: “I get energy for my business from running. You can
get a lot of energy from sport for your whole life. For example, 
you can have a lot of energy for your work, for your business,
and other spheres also. My coach, Mr Norbekov wrote this thing 
in on of his books: “If you do sport, you will gain so much power 
even to do the most exhausting jobs” I think you understand
what I MEAN.
