you one suggestion about how not to worry about money for 
your entire life time again”. Get ready for the lesson. And have

Today I want to share with you recipe for success to be successful. 
Millions of dollars was invested, hundreds of researchers were 
invited to identify what successful people have in common.  
And they all came to very similar conclusions.
Firstly, all the rich people, all the most successful people, all 
the top people allocate 1 hour 5 times a week in order to grow 
and upgrade their knowledge. The richest investor in the entire 
world, Warren Buffet spend 8 hours to read every day. If you 
want to be successful, firstly, you have to get the habit of learning 
continuously. Your most precious asset is your earning ability. 
You should work on this ability 5 times a week. So here is what 
you have to do: get up 1 hour earlier and spend this first hour on 
yourself. This is called “golden hour”. During this golden hour, 
read motivational and inspirational books or read books related 
to your job. If you read one hour a day, you will finish one book 
in a week. If you read books for one whole year, you will be one 
of the experts in any field. And you will be much more educated 
than a university graduate. 21

The only one news can change the whole industry. Thus, you 
should upgrade yourself ceaselessly, read 1 hour every morning.  
I highly recommend you to read the books of the successful people. 
Because they have already gone through a lot of experiences, 
make mistakes you can easily learn from them.

Secondly, listen to audio programs while walking or driving. 
Every successful man and woman listen to motivational and 
inspirational, educational audio programs. I personally listened to 
audio programs by Brian Tracy, Tony Robbins, Robert Kiyosaki, 
AJ Hoge. Now you cannot imagine how these programs could 
help you new insights and creative ideas. I am sure you will be 
surprised by the power of these programs.
Thirdly, all successful people in every field are always going to 
trainings and seminars. They always attend seminars and trainings 
and learn a lot of things. I advise you to go to the seminars. Again 
in Uzbekistan, I love Mirzakarim Norbekov’s seminars. He does 
not conduct these lessons in Uzbekistan but also in the entire world. 
You can get more information through his websites norbekov.uz 
and norbekov.com. You can also find other trainers and learn from 
them. But be careful with one thing. Make sure the trainer himself 
has to be rich if you are learning how to be rich from somebody, 
he has to speak excellent English, you are learning how to speak 
excellent English. Learn from experts, not from “want to be like’s.
Fourth, surround yourself with the people who have already 
achieved their goals or whose goals are the same as yours. Even if 
some people don’t read books, they might know some of the things 
very well because of repetition or something like that. I met many 
people who don’t read any books but they are successful. But they 
know something very well, they don’t upgrade it, it is not for the 
betterment. But you can still learn from them. If you need advice 
about children’s behavior, you have to get it from the parents 
who brought up their children very well. Don’t make a stupid 
mistake by saying “I know it all”. Graduating school or lyceum or 
university doesn’t mean that learning is over. Every time try to be 
open to any learning. But don’t get everything as a fact. Accept 
it and think about it! ALWAYS filter the ideas, be ready to learn 
more. As Jim Rohn said: “Don’t be a follower, be a student! Learn 
but don’t follow! Learn and have your own conclusions” So that’s
