Summarizing the foregoing, we can conclude that the economic content of 
the investment attractiveness of all participants depends on the level of socio-
economic development of the state as a whole and regions in particular, 
territorial and sectoral characteristics of business entities. The business entity in 
this system acts as the final link where the investor’s preferences in choosing an 
investment object are realized, depending on the level of political risk and 
economic stability in the state, in the region, in the industry. Creating preferable 
conditions for a profitable investment is the basis for increasing investment 
attractiveness. Therefore, the analysis and forecast of investment attractiveness 
of all parts of the economic system is of great scientific and practical interest in 
the context of the formation of a long-term development strategy of the state.
