-I learned to pay attention to what was being said and to challenge it. I used to be readily persuaded by what I considered to be compelling claims. Now I can listen to what someone says and determine if it is right, what fallacies the speaker is using, and whether it is factual. This is a fascinating and crucial class. This class has aided in my development as a strategic thinker. It has aided me in digging deeper. I've also been given a favorable impression of online coursework. My other online class only assigns articles, so this one has allowed me to use the materials that are required for an online course. It's been a fantastic adventure!

-Interpersonal skills – working with people at all levels. Planning, organising and time management – not only do you have to get to and leave work at set time Every sector and specialty has its own collection of basic skills that are very basic and narrowly defined.
