Tajribani bajarish uchun quruq probirkaga 5 ml etil spirt va 30 ml kontsentrlangan

Atsetilenning olinishi.
I.Kerakli jixoz va reaktivlar: probirka, gaz chiqish nayi, probka, shtativ, spirt lampasi, kalsiy karbid,suv.
II.Ishning borishi:
Atsetilen olish uchun probirkaga bir necha bo‘lak kalsiy karbid solib, ustiga
1-2 ml suv quyiladi va probirkaning og‘zi gaz chiqish nayi o‘rnatilgan, probirka bilan tezda berkitiladi. Kaltsiy karbidning suv bilan o‘zaro ta’siri shiddatli borib, atsetilen gazi ajralib chiqadi. Ajralib chiqayotgan atsetilen nay og‘zida o‘t oldirilsa, u nur sochib dudli alanga bilan yonadi:

Karbon kislotalarining olinishi va xossalari
I.Kerakli jixoz va reaktivlar: probirka, gaz chiqish nayi, probka, shtativ, spirt lampasi, natriy atsetat, sulfat kislota , magniy, ruh, natriy gidroksid, fenolftalein
II.Ishning borishi:
1.tajriba Probirkaga 2-3 g natriy atsetat soling va 1,5-2 ml kontsentrlangan sulfat
kislota qo‘shing. Probirkaning og‘zini gaz o‘tkazgich nay o‘rnatilgan probka
bilan berkiting, naychaning ikkinchi uchini boshqa probirkaga tushiring. Aralashmani yig‘gich probirkada 1,0-1,5 ml suyuqlik yig‘ilguncha qizdiring.
2-tajriba
Ikkita probirka olib, ularning har qaysisiga 1 ml dan sirka kislota eritmasidan
soling. Probirkalarning biriga ozgina magniy qirindisidan, ikkinchisiga
esa bir necha dona ruh soling. Birinchi probirkada reaksiya shiddatli boradi,
ikkinchisida esa sekin boradi (ba’zan u faqat qizdirilganda boshlanadi).
3-tajriba. Sirka kislotaning asoslar bilan reaksiyasi.
Probirkaga 1,0-1,5 ml natriy gidroksid eritmasidan soling. Ustiga bir necha
tomchi fenolftalein eritmasidan tomizing. Sirka kislota qo‘shilganda eritma
rangsizlanadi.

Glukozaning Mis (II)-gidroksid bilan reaksiyasi.
I.Kerakli jixoz va reaktivlar: probirka, shtativ, spirt lampasi, natriy gidroksid, glukoza, Mis (II)-gidroksid,kraxmal , yod, kaliy yodid
II.Ishning borishi:
1-tajriba.Probirkaga 2-3 ml glukoza eritmasidan va shu miqdorda suyultirilgan Natriy gidroksid eritmasidan soling (NaOH dan ortiqcha miqdorda olinishi kerak). So‘ng bir necha tomchi Mis (II)-gidroksid eritmasidan qo‘shing. Probirkada hosil bo‘lgan eritmani kuzating.
Mustaqil xulosalar uchun topshiriqlar.
1. Zangori rangli eritma nima? Ushbu tajriba nimani isbotlaydi?
2. Nima uchun probirkadagi eritma qizdirilganda avval sariq so‘ngra qizil

2-tajriba.
Kraxmal kleysterini tayyorlash va kraxmalning yod bilan reaksiyasi.
Probirkaga 4-5 ml suv soling, ozgina kraxmal qo‘shing va aralashmani
chayqating. Hosil bo‘lgan suspenziyani probirkadagi qaynab turgan suvga eritmani
doimo chayqatib turib oz-ozdan qo‘shing.
Hosil bo‘lgan kleysterni sovuq suv bilan suyultiring (1:20) va ikkita probirkaga
3-5 ml dan soling. Bitta probirkaga yodning spirtdagi eritmasidan ozroq,
ikkinchisiga esa kaliy yodid eritmasidan qo‘shing.

I.Kerakli jixoz va reaktivlar: probirka, tuxum oqsili,natriy gidroksid, mis (II) sulfat, HNO3
II.Ishning borishi:
1-tajriba Probirkaga 2ml og`sil modda eritmasidan quyib, 2 natriy ishqor; 1-2 tomchi mis kuporosi eritmasidan qo`shing ,qizil-binafsha bo`yalish ro`y beradi
2-tajriba Probirka 2 ml oqsil modda eritmasidan (bu eritma 1 dona tuxum oqini 150 ml suvda eritib tayyorlanadi) olib unga konsentrlangan HNO3 dan 1-2ml qo`shning va bu aralashmani ohistalik bilan qizdiring. Bunda oqsil moddasi bir joyga to`planib oladi va sariq bo`yalish ro`y beradi.
