You know them: we, you her, or his.

Verbs tell of something being done,

To read, speak, go, begin, began, begun.

How things are done the adverbs tell,

Quickly, already, yet, ill or well.

Conjuctions join the words together,

As men and women, rain and weather.

The preposions come before

A noun ,as in, on, at, to, for.

The interjection shows surprise,

Oh! How interesting! Ah! How wise!

Three little words you often see,

Are articles – a, an, and the.
