Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Mirzohid Fayzullayev. I am a first year of master program at “Geodesy and Geoinformatics” at Tashkent institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers. I have also received the Bachelor's degree with a honour graduation of this direction "Geodesy, cartography and cadastre". Analysis of remote sensing data based on GIS technologies and data acquisition are the most effective way to predict and evaluate events and phenomena on Earth in the modern era of globalization and digital technologies. I also base my research direction on remote sensing data, and my biggest goal is to expand my knowledge and develop practical skills in this field.
I participated in various scientific conferences to get experience: as result of interest to GIS (Geographic Information Systems), Earth science, Remote sensing skills, Managing Land and Water Resources and Environment, Sustainable Forest Management. Moreover, I participated and successfully completed the courses: Online Training and Webinar on “Methods and tools for mapping and remote sensing data interpretation”, Online Training “Sustainable forest Management (Agroforestry) and Forest Cultivation (Uzbekistan)” (from KOICA, CIAT and KIRD). Within the framework of these programs, I acquired some knowledge and skills, such as creating and analyzing a digital location model based on remote sensing data, analyzing and mapping using GIS modules using satellite images with multispectral data, automatic vectorization and visualization of location details, as well as forecasting the regional distribution of various geographical details. But it's not worth stopping there. It is very important for me to thoroughly study the German experience in this direction and especially apply it in the field of sustainable environmental management in the Aral Sea region, which is a global problem. And thanks to the fact that I will be accepted into this program, I will get this opportunity and I will be very glad about it.
Within the framework of the above-mentioned programs, I received certificates in the nomination "Best participant", and I think that if I am accepted into this program, I will enthusiastically acquire knowledge and receive a recommendation to study in Germany. I believe that this will be the biggest step towards solving such problems as environmental, global water shortage, global development of agricultural land in the Republic of Uzbekistan, and, of course, I will use my knowledge and skills in this direction.
Sincerely, Mirzokhid Fayzullayev
