Conclusion
This legal document analyzed the case R v Guraj (Respondent)³¹. The problem which was raised in this case was delayed confiscation proceedings. The judge made a judgement in the favor of Appellants and the decisions were decided through the analogy method for the reasoning. Both the skeleton arguments for Applicant and skeleton arguments for Respondent were discussed in more detail and all legislations were included in this memorandum. Besides, a relevant scholarly work, which are related to the fundamental issue, was provided as well.
