At the moment, different supermarkets are unseparated part of our life and we can easily buy things which we want. This kind of situation we can see many workers in supermarket. They are controlled by managers. Managers divide works to workers and try to improve supermarket budget. In addition, manager check products which come to supermarket and control accounting system. Manager can solve the problem which appear with customers. So, management system need to supermarkets, not only its to all types of work. I think.
TASKS OF MANAGER: The role of a supermarket store manager is a very tasking one, with him/her saddled with several responsibilities that will make him/her busy all day long. The supermarket store manager is responsible for overseeing all the activities that play out in the store. He/she will expected to provide effective management and ensure the transformation of the supermarket. The manager need to be at the center of top quality service delivery to the customers. In addition, Each supermarket has its goals and regulations; the manager must to be fully aware of these and he/she is required to comply with such all through his/her working period in the supermarket.
During the shopping some costumers might not satisfy from supermarket service especially date usage or quality of products and then costumers complaint to manager. This kind of situation managers must answer to costumer’s complaint and understand these events what happened. In addition, managers need to be calmly and polite. Because, costumers always demand high level of quality and service. If manager is nervous to different complaint, costumers will stop to go to this supermarket for shopping. As a result supermarket budget dramatically decrease in the near future.
I think every owner of supermarket focus on ability and personality of manager when choose his or her in order to solve such problems. In addition, they pay a good salary to manager. If the amount of complaint to be many, manager should pay a tine to their boss. Because, prospering of supermarket of course to depend on people.
