1.The concept and essence of financial relations 

Answer: In the process of formation, distribution and use of money funds of the state, commercial enterprises and households, money relations are formed between various economic entities associated with the formation, distribution or use of money funds, which are called financial relations. Financial relations between a household and the state: payment of property tax to the budget; getting an old-age pension; payment of a fine for violation of traffic rules. Financial relations between a household and an enterprise: an individual can become the owner of the enterprise and contribute to the authorized capital; an individual works at the enterprise and receives wages; an individual buys products in a supermarket. Financial relations between two households: dad gives his son 20,000 sum a day to pay expenses;
Mom buys grandmother a birthday present; daughter pays for English lessons at a private tutor. Financial relations of economic entities have common features inherent in absolutely all financial relations, and distinctive features due to which a variety of financial relations are formed. Common features of financial relations: the money nature; the distributional nature; the fund nature of financial relations. Distinctive features of financial relations::the mandatory or optional nature of
the implementation of monetary relations; frequency of implementation; the degree of regulation by the state; participants; attitude to the economic entity itself. Financial relationships are not barter relationships.

Examples: I bought some products from supermarket. I lent 100000sum to my friend. The company paid a fine of 1 million to the state.
