MASTER'S DISSERTATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Research centers around the world, especially in developed countries such as the United States, Japan, Germany, China, the United Kingdom, Russia, are working to reduce the wear and tear of the working bodies of road construction, construction, mining machinery. In this regard, special attention is paid to the creation of competitive equipment and technologies, including road construction, construction, mining . In this regard , it is important to increase the share of road construction, construction, mining, to improve the quality of equipment and increase the efficiency of its use, as well as to justify the parameters of the methods of increasing the resources of working bodies.
The aim of the study was to select and justify welding materials in the restoration of excavator bucket teeth.
Research tasks:
- In the use of excavators, the types of excavators and rock excavations available in the country, as well as the causes of wear of machine parts and the work done to repair them . analysis ;
- selection of welding materials and equipment for experimental research , determination of wear characteristics of machine parts, determination of the composition and hardness of excavator bucket teeth and wear-resistant welding materials ;
- Evaluation of technical and economic performance based on the results of tests for the production of excavator bucket teeth ;
Excavator bucket as an object of study teeth and welding cover materials obtained .
The subject of research is the interdependence of the composition and hardness of the excavator bucket teeth, welding consumables.
Research methodology and techniques. Theoretical mechanics, materials science, materials resistance, laws and rules of mathematical statistics were used in the research, and experimental research was carried out on the basis of existing normative documents , the rules of mathematical statistics and computer programs Word and Excel were used to evaluate the results.
The degree of scientific novelty of the research results:
- based on the composition of the material with hardness and abrasion resistance, which ensures that its resource is up to 1.77 times higher than the new for the restoration of the teeth of the excavator bucket ;
