Management theorists believe that any business is predictable in its development, and they offer us a clear plan for managing a company at different stages of an enterprise's life cycle.
Knowing the stage at which the business is currently located, the manager can choose the right method of managing the company, take into account all the necessary risks and make the right decisions that allow him to effectively compete in the industry.
The financial mechanism of enterprises is known to be realized through the development and implementation of strategic and operational financial decisions.
Financial strategy underpins other functional strategies and is critical to increasing firm competitiveness, guaranteeing effective involvement and use of party facilities, and coordinating their flow, all of which contribute to the expansion of the enterprise's market value and wealth. The development of financial strategy should be based on the enterprise's financial indexation system, whose application over the strategic period will allow the organization to achieve its objectives, gain a competitive advantage, and increase its market value.
Economic cycles, commodities and financial market globalization processes, and increased rivalry make businesses more vulnerable to negative variables, necessitating the development of long-term plans that account for the anticipated risks. Simultaneously, the complexities of financial interactions, the advent of new financial instruments, and the growing importance of innovative solutions in development give up new opportunities that businesses must be prepared to use to their full potential.
It is the ability to predict and react promptly to changes in the environment, to create mechanisms for risk neutralization and implementation of opportunities, rather than the precise implementation of planned tasks, which forms the basis of a strategic approach to enterprise management.
The relevance of this course work lies in the fact that it analyzes the development, economic and financial strategy, corporate governance and financial condition of companies at the international level using the example of DNB ASA Group.
That is why, at different stages of the life cycle of an organization, the concept of financial system is widely used as a predictable event that has a certain sequence in time, which can be predicted and measures taken in a timely manner.
Knowledge in the field of financial control and formation of it at various stages of the life cycle of an organization is of great practical value, regardless of which company you work for: public, private or (especially) your own.
