§ 6. Special legal interpretation.

The expression of the will of the legislator contained in the norms of law is carried out not only with the help of commonly used words, but also with specific terms. At the same time, various technical and legal means and techniques are used, and various methods, methods and types of legal regulation are taken into account. This leads to the need for special legal knowledge, which the interpreter applies when interpreting the rules of law. First of all, it concerns the interpretation of special terms. However, the special-legal method of interpretation is not limited only to this (then it would be identified with the grammatical interpretation). Its content is much broader. The interpreter must take into account the specifics of the legal regulation, the legal structure, the type of regulation, etc.

The legal method of interpretation of legal norms is a special way of understanding the semantic content of legal norms. It is based on professional knowledge of legal science and legislative technology. Legal analysis involves the use of legal tools, i.e. scientific knowledge that allows you to study the content of the legal structure of the norm and technical and legal means. This method differs from the grammatical one in that it does not interpret individual words and expressions, not their combinations, but entire legal structures, concepts, and institutions. They are interrelated, but not identical.
