USA. He is a non-executive director of Orion 
Logic Ltd. 
Dr. Harris Makatsoris holds a doctorate degree in 
Computer Systems Aided Engineering from 
Imperial College, in London, with a 
specialization in Production & Supply Chain 
Management. In 1996 he formed Orion Logic 
Ltd. in the UK offering consulting services to 
manufacturing companies. Since then the 
company has developed new generation internet-
based software technology for collaborative 
supply-chain and direct-materials procurement 
management, targeting European companies in 
the areas of construction, electronics, metal 
working/machining and equipment 
manufacturing. He also led a technical team in an 
ECU 9 million project that involved three large, 
European Semiconductor manufacturing 
companies.
