SHAXSIY ISHLAR BO’LIMINI YURITISH BO`YICHA KO`RSATMALAR 
GUIDELINES ON USING THE DOSSIER
 
YETPning “Shaxsiy Ishlarim” bo’limi hujjatning 
asosiy taqdim etiluvchi manbasi bo`lib. Unda tilni 
o`rganish davomida siz qo`lga bajargan ishlar, 
qo’lga kiritgan sertifikat, diplom singari rasmiy 
hujjatlar haqida ma’lumotlarni kiritib borasiz. 
Shuningdek ushbu bo’limda 4 yillik o`qishingiz 
davomida va o`qisdan keyin o`rganilayotgan tilga 
oid fanlar bo’yicha ishtirok etgan loyihalar haqidagi 
ma’lumotlarni kiritib borasiz.
Shaxsiy ishlar bo’limining birinchi qismida siz 
tilni o`rganishga oid ya’ni sertifikatlar, diplomlar, 
faxriy yorliqlar kabi rasmiy hujjatlarni haqidagi 
ma’lumotlarni kiritib borasiz.
Bo`limning 
ikkinchi 
qismi 
“Mashg`ulotlar 
davomida men ishtirok etgan loyihalar” deb 
nomlanib, ushbu qismda siz amaliy mashg’ulotlar, 
misol uchun “Integrallashgan til ko`nikmalari sigari” 
fanlardan tayyorlagan yoki ishtirok etgan loyihalar, 
undagi bajargan vazifangiz haqidagi ma’lumotlarni 
berasiz. Shuningdek bu qismdagi ma’lumotlarni 
loyihani bajarishni topshirgan o`qituvchingiz qaydini 
ham olishingiz kerak bo`ladi.

qismi 
“Chiqish 
test 
natijalari” deb nomlanib, u rasmiy hujjat kuchiga 
ega. Unda siz 4 bosqichni tugatayotganda 
mutaxassislik bo`yicha topshiradigan yakuniy test 
sinovi natijalari imtihon oluvchi tomonidan qayd 
etiladi.
 
Dossier part of the ELP is considered as a 
powerful tool in reporting and presenting your 
language proficiency.
In this part you are required to state and 
include all the formal and informal documents 
such as certificates, diplomas and test reports 
related to the target languages.
Moreover, in this section you include and 
comment on the projects you were involved during 
a PRESETT course.
In the first section of Dossier you record the 
documents you obtained, they include certificates, 
diplomas, test reports and etc.
The second section of the Dossier is called as 
“Projects I was involved during a course” and in 
this section you record projects you were 
involved, you also state the roles you performed 
within the project. This section also includes 
witness 
teacher’s 
statement 
about 
your 
performance.
The third section of the Dossier is called “Exit 
test results” and the section bears the power of an 
official document. In this part the results of the exit 
test you are to take at the end of PRESETT 
course is recorded by a test taker and verified with 
the seal of the institution.
