behavior intentions on hotels’ ERP. Secondly, this study investigates consumers’ willingness to pay (WTP) for ERP
as well as the relationship between the degree of their attitude and behavior intentions in ERP and WTP. Thirdly,
this study uses data from Greece and the U.S. The results of this study can reveal whether differences in culture and
social structure determine consumers’ degree of attitude and behavior intentions on ERP and the impact of these on
their WTP.
