Pool Specs/ Facility: One 6-lane certified 25 yard course with non-turbulent lane lines. Spectator seating available.
Timing Equipment: Regulation starting platforms, one Colorado 5000 timing system and automatic touchpads with scoreboard will be used.
Clerk of Course: A Clerk of Course (seating line-up area) will be provided for Session 1 (all 10 & Under swimmers). Those swimming in Session 2 will be responsible for getting themselves to their events.

**All coaches must relay this information to those swimming Session 2**

Seeding: 25 yard times will be used. Standard seeding will be utilized and will be performed one day prior to the start of the meet.
Scratches: No penalty/no refund for deck scratches.
Eligibility: Open to ALL registered YMCA swimmers.
Entry Limit: Swimmers may compete in a maximum of (6) individual events and (2) relay events.
Entry Submission: Entries will be accepted using Hy-Tek’s Team Manager. Files should be emailed to the Meet Manager. Corrupted, unreadable, or incorrectly formatted files must be corrected within 24 hours of notification by Meet Manager. Errors in entries submitted electronically are the responsibility of the applicant. Email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the file. A completed Master Entry Sheet must be included with submission. Please list all attending coaches and contact phone numbers in the body of the email, if this information is not part of your Hy-Tek Team Manager entry.
Deck Entries: Deck entries are not accepted at this meet.
Entry Deadline: December 22, 2015 – OR at 500 Swimmers (whichever comes first).

Age Groups: 6&Under, 8&under, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14 & 15-18 (Note: age as of 12/1/14).
Awards: 1^st-10^th Individual Ribbons

1^st – 6^th Relay Ribbons

Highpoint for age groups: 8&Under, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14 & 15-18 (Top 1 for

each gender). Team highpoint will be awarded to the top three (3) teams with the most points (excluding the Host Team).

Scoring: 1^st-14pts, 2^nd – 10pts, 3^rd – 8pts, 4^th – 6pts, 5^th – 4pts, & 6^th – 2pts.
Officials: This meet will be officiated by YMCA certified officials. Eastside YMCA Swim Team welcomes assistance of all certified Officials interested in serving at this meet. Please contact Natalie Whiteman ([e-mail]) if interested in helping.
Coaches Heat Sheets: Each team will receive two heat sheets.
Coach Supervision: Each swimmer participating at this meet must be supervised during warm-up and competition by the current Coach member of YMCA Swimming.
Rules: Current YMCA Swimming Technical Rules will govern.
Conduct: NO FOOD or DRINK is allowed in the pool area, as mandated by Harborcreek School District. THIS RULE MUST BE FOLLOWED AND WILL BE ENFORCED.
Food: Concessions are available in the cafeteria.
Parking: Parking is available at the school on the south, north and west side of the building.
