Amaliy ish5.

Mavzu: Ko‘tarish uskunasini hisoblash va tanlash.


Darsning maqsadi: talabalarga stvollarda ishlatiladigan ko‘tarish mashinasining asosiy parametrlarini hisoblash va tanlashni o‘rgatish.

Zamonaviy konchilik korxonalarida quyidagi prinsipial sxemalarga asoslangan ko‘tarish uskunalaridan foydalaniladi:

- bir va ikki o‘rovchi barabanli, ikkita ko‘taruvchi idishli yoki bitta ko‘taruvchi idish va ko‘tarilayotgan yukning og‘irligining bir qismi yoki idishning massasiga teng bo‘lgan posangi (protivoves) (5.1 a-rasm). Ko‘tarish uskunalarida kanat orqali ko‘tarilayotgan yuk massasini barqarorlashtirish uchun kanat ikkala tomonidan idish tubiga yoki posangiga mahkamlanadi (5.1.b rasm);

- o‘raluvchi kanatli (ko‘p kanatli) sirpanuvchi shkivli ko‘taruvchi uskuna (5.1.v rasm);



- Boyler sistemasida ishlovchi va ikkita o‘raluvchi shkivlarga osilgan ikkita ko‘taruvchi idishga kanatlar orqali mahkamlangan ikkita o‘rovchi organ (har biri ikkita barabandan iborat) ko‘tarish uskunasi (5.1. g - rasm).



5.1 – rasm. Ko‘tarish uskunalarining prinsipial sxemalari: 1, 5 – ko‘taruvchi idishlar; 2 – kanatni boshqaruvchi organ; 3 – yo‘naltiruvchi shkivlar; 4 – bosh kanatlar; 6 – vazminlashtiruvchi kanat (uravnoveshivayuщiy kanat); 7 – buraluvchi shkiv (otklonyayuщiy shkiv).

Ko‘taruvi uskunalarni tanlash uchun asos qilib olinadigan ko‘rsatkich bu shaxta yoki rudnikning yillik ish unumdorligi Qg (t) va uning chuqiurligi Nsh (m) hisoblanadi.

Ko‘tarish uskunasining kerak bo‘ladigan soatlik ish unumdorligi(t/soat):

bunda knr – ko‘tarish uskunasiga yukni etkazib berish me’yorida bo‘lmaslik koeffitsienti (kon massasini skipli ko‘tarishda kr = 1,5);



p – bir yildagi ish kunlari soni;

tsut – bir sutkada ko‘tarish uskunasining ishlash vaqti;



ps – bir sutkadagi smenalar soni;

Tsm – smena davomiyligi, soat.

Klatli ko‘tarish usunalarida odamlarni ko‘tarib – tushirish 35 – 40 min oralig‘ida bajarilishi shart. Bunda klet polining 1 m2 maydoniga 5 kishidan ortiq bo‘lmagan odamlar soni qabul qilinadi. Bundan bitta klet yordamida maksimal nechta odam ko‘tarish mumkinligini aniqlash mumkin,

Skipli ko‘tarish uskunasining haqiqiy ish unumdorligi quyidagi formula orqali aniqlanishi mumkin, t/soat:

Ko‘taruvchi idishning harakatlanish davomiyligi td vertikal yoki qiya kon lahimida harakatlanishda o‘rtacha tezligi sr ga bog‘liq:

O‘rtacha tezlik sr idishning belgilangan rejimda harakatlanishining maksimal tezligi max ga bog‘liq:



bunda  - tezlikning ko‘paytiruvchi ko‘rsatkichi. Ag‘darmaydigan kletli ko‘tarish uskunalari uchun  = 1,15  1,2; ag‘daruvchi skiplar uchun  = 1,2  1,25; ag‘daruvchi idishli ko‘tarish uskunalari uchun  = 1,25  1,35.

Xavfsizlik qoidalariga asosan ko‘mir va slanets shaxtalarida odamlarni vertikal stvollardan tushirish va chiqarishda maksimal ruxsat etilgan tezlik 12 m/s, qiya stvollarda esa 5m/s, qiya stvollardan skiplar yordamida yuklarni ko‘tarishda 7 m/s va kletda 5 m/s; vertikal stvollarda yuk ko‘tarishda maksimal tezlik chegaralanmagan, lekin odatda 18 m/s dan oshmaydi.

Ko‘tarish kanatlari po‘lat sim arqonlardan tayyorlanadi, ularning diametri 0,0014÷0,003m va uzilishga bo‘lgan mustahkamlik darajasi r = (1,4  2,1)  109 Pa teng bo‘ladi.

Darsning maqsadi: talabalarga er osti sharoitida suvni chiqarib tashlashni asosiy parametrlarini tanlash va mos keladigan trubalar diametrini aniqlashni urgatish.
Nasos SNSG 38-220-UXL4 TU 3631-003-00217389-96, bunda: SNSG – S – markazdan qochma, N – nasos, S – seksiyali, G – issiq suvga mo‘ljallangan salnikli maxkamlangan (nasos sentrobejnыy mnogostupenchatыy seksionnыy dlya goryachey vodы s salnikovыm uplotneniem) turda ekanligini bildiradi; 38 - unumdorlik, m³/soat; 220 – ko‘tarish balandligi, m;

Nasos SNSMt 60-99-UXL4 TU 3631-003-00217389-96, bunda: SNSMt - S – markazdan qochma, N – nasos, S – seksiyali, Mt – ko‘p seksiyali moy tashishga hamda torsevoy mahkamlangan; 60 - unumdorlik, m³/soat; 99 - ko‘tarish balandligi, m;

Nasos SNSnt 180-128-UXL5 TU 3631-005-00217389-96, bunda: SNSnt - - S – markazdan qochma, N – nasos, S – seksiyali, Mt – ko‘p seksiyali neft tashishga hamda torsevoy mahkamlangan;180 - unumdorligi, m³/soat; 128 - ko‘tarish balandligi, m;

SNSGA 300-180-UXL4 TU 3631-003-00217389-96 agregati, bunda: elektronasos agregati bo‘lib S – markazdan qochma, N – nasos, S – seksiyali, G – issiq suvga mo‘ljallangan salnikli maxkamlangan turda ekanligini bildiradi; 300 - unumdorligi, m³/soat; 180 - ko‘tarish balandligi, m;



Amaliy mashg‘ulotni bajarish uchun ma’lumotlar:

  1. Asosiy suv omboriga normativ suv yig‘iliish ko‘rsatkichi Qpr.nor.=280m³/soat;

  2. Bahor –kuz oylarida asosiy suv omboriga maksimal suv yig‘iliish ko‘rsatkichi Qpr.maks.=400m³/soat;

  3. SHaxtada asosiy suvni chiqarib tashlash nasoslari kamerasi joylashgan chuqurlik Nsh=360m.

Er osti suvlari sulfat – natriyli mineralizatsiyaga ega, bunda mineralizatsiya miqdori 6 g/l va undan yuqori bo‘lishi mumkin.

Nasos qurilmasining asosiy parametrlarini aniqlaymiz:

  1. Qurilmaning minimal ish unumdorligi sutka davomidagi normal suv yig‘ilish ko‘rsatkichidan kelib chiqib aniqlanadi. Bunda foydali qazilmalarni er osti usulida qazib olishda yagona xavfsizlik qoidalariga asosan nasos bir sutka davomida ko‘pi bilan 20 soat ishlashi kerak

  1. Qurilmaning bahor – kuz mavsumida sutka davomidagi maksimal suv yig‘ilish ko‘rsatkichidansuvni chiqarib tashlash qurilmasining unumdorligi:

Tema: Siqilgan havo sarfini hisoblash.

Darsning maqsadi: talabalarga shaxtani siqilgan xavo bilan ta’minlashni asosiy parametrlarini tanlash va mos keladigan siqilgan xavo trubalar diametrini aniqlashni urgatish.
Siqilgan havo sarfi quyidagicha aniqlanadi:
m³/min;
Bunda  = 1,3 – havoning quvurlar birlashib turga joyidan chiqarishini hisobga oluvchi koeffitsient;

 = 1,4 – uskunalarning eylanganligini hisobga oluvchi koeffitsient;

 = 0,9 – uskunalarning bir vaqtda ishlashini hisobga oluvchi koeffitsient;

q1 = 0,3 - PP-63V uchun havo sarfi, m³/min,;

q2 = q5 = 10 m³/min. - PSK-1, NKR-100M lar uchun havo sarfi;

q3 = 20 m³/min. - PPN-3 uchun havo sarfi;

q4 = 8 m³/min. - BM-60 (SB-67) beton sepish mashinalari uchun havo sarfi;

n1 = 6 - bir vaqtda ishlaydigan PP-63V markadagi uskunalarning soni;

Asosiy quvurning ichki diametri yuqoridagi sharoit uchun quyidagi formula orqali aniqlanadi:

Mavjud bo‘lgan normalarga asosan (GOST-8732-78) asosiy quvurning ichki diametrini 150 mm, hamda devor qalinligini 5 mm deb qabul qilamiz.
