Abstract: The concept of matrix and the "Algebra of Matrices" section of mathematics based on it are important in practice, including in the field of computer technology and programming. The concept of the matrix first appears in the works of English mathematicians W. Hamilton (1805-1865) and A. Kel (1821-1895). Today, the concept of matrix is used as an important tool in building mathematical models of natural and practical processes.
