We focused on discussing what to research and we settled on researching how to promote diversity and inclusion and then use the knowledge and apply it to Deloitte’s case Also research on why there are disconnections between Japanese and Non-Japanese faculties So far no conflicts in ideas yet.

Lack of communication due to COVID and timezone differences We didn’t arrange enough meetings to come up with a consensus for the project yet Everyone in the group contributed in some way, shape, or form We tried to use our time efficiently during meetings and tried to communicate through Line
