Pakistan‟s  Capital  Market  consists  of  Depository  Company,  stock  exchanges  and  NCCPL. 

National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL) is an institution of Capital Market in 

Pakistan which provides settlement and clearing services to all stock exchanges in the country. 

 

The  company  was  formed  in  2001  to  manage  the  National  Clearing  &  Settlement  System 

(NCSS) in a complete automated electronic settlement system. The company became operational 

in 2003-04.
