An administrative service manager may do anything from basic administrative tasks such as keeping records, ordering supplies, distributing mail and maintaining facilities, to supervising other administrative personnel and planning budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies.

An administrative service manager career may include overseeing the maintenance and repair of office machinery, equipment, or electrical and mechanical systems.

An administrative manager career may also include providing recommendations of policy or procedure changes to improve the business' operations.
