One should treat all co-workers as one, irrespective of their position, education qualification 
or their designation in the organization. Further Female employees are to be treated with 
utmost respect & dignity.

One should never take any undue advantage of his/her position. Further, it is advisable not to 
ask for any personal favours from any of your subordinates/Colleagues. Beyond a certain limit, 
friendship at the workplace is also bad. 
•
Respect each other's privacy. Do not open envelopes which are not meant for you. It is a bad 
manner to read your colleague's email or check his messages. 
•
Stay away from controversies. Do not spread rumours around. It is strictly unprofessional.
