Unit Objectives

6.1.1 Ethics 
Ethics are rules that are formed to allow individuals to work under a set of moral principles
.
In almost all organizations, there is a set code of ethics, which is imposed on its employees.
When an organization follows an ethical code, it can operate with few disruptions from various 
stakeholders. Where there is a code of ethics, all employees need to follow it mandatorily to avoid 
any adverse impact. Ethics allows to maintain professionalism and to ensure the protection of the 
client, employee, and the society at large.
