Innovations help enterprises achieve and maintain a higher level of competitiveness and also the sustainable development.
The impact of innovation on competitiveness cannot be overemphasized. The key value of innovation lies in the fact that they give the hotel enterprise the advantage in providing a higher level of service, which leads to the expansion of opportunities in the form of attracting more guests. When a hotel enterprise has an innovative culture, it will be easy to grow, despite the fact that the creative process is not always simple.
As Steve Jobs said: “Innovation distinguishes a leader from a follower”. Therefore, if the hotel enterprise strives to be not only competitive, but also leading, the need for innovations must come to the foreground in its development strategy.
