DETAILS: In September, our region faced serious flooding in many parts of our viewing area. One of the worst hit areas was West Pittston where the water levels went up to peoples second floors in their homes. We taped this show from a devastated home in West Pittston and also spoke with several residents who were not in the “flood plain” and did not have flood insurance. Their homes were ruined and we gave information on where affected residents could go to seek help.
