I am writing this recommendation in support of Muminov Elyorbek Odilovich who is applying for a scholarship in your program.

Muminov Elyorbek has been one of my best employees among our schools. I have known this man for many years as a good English teacher. I would say that he had shown encouraging and very positive attitude. His academic performance is very exemplary and Muminov Elyorbek has always been in the list of the best teachers.

I have found him to be committed and hard-working.

Muminov Elyorbek is a competent English teacher with strong work ethics. He possesses an open, accessible personality, and he is sensitive to the issues involved in cross-cultural communication as well as relationships at a professional level. I consider Muminov Elyorbek to be a very competent specialist in such fields as English language teaching methodology, educational technologies, language testing, assessment and material design.

I have no doubt that in view of his qualifications and experience Muminov Elyorbek will be a productive contributor to the work of any institution and as a conscientious, honest and open-minded person will be a valuable member of a team of colleagues.
