Give these pupils a goal/responsibility, e.g. the ‘group secretary’ responsible for reporting to the rest of the class, collecting answers from the groups;
Ask these pupils to work in groups/pairs so that they have a chance to participate with their peers rather than with the teacher;
Break the instructions down into meaningful chunks by eliciting rather than telling;
Arrive earlier to double check everything works; have print-outs and additional handouts to give the pupils; have a copy of the listening text you would be using so that you can read it out loud yourself.

Activity 3. Finding a title by listening (Time

-Continuing working in pairs, teacher hands out flashcard with titles and their pictures and asks to read titles, pay attention to their pictures (handout 3):
Teacher asks students if they understand all titles;
Teacher asks student to listen to the recording and match the text with titles;
After checking the answers ask them to share ideas what helped them to choose the correct answer.
Activity 4. “ 4 in 1” read, speak, listen, write. (group work)
Teacher divide the whole class into 3 or 4 small groups. Since this activity id devoted to enhance all language skills ( reading, writing, listening, speaking), it is done step by step (handout 4): Step 1: Teacher hands out 4 flashcards with pictures and text about new robots on their other side to every group , ask students not turn them over.
Step 2: Teacher asks all group members to choose one picture whatever they like and turn it over.
Step 3: teacher asks learners to read their own text about the latest technology in detail and prepare to retell it to their group members.
Step 4: Teacher asks learner to tell what they have read to their group members, others should listen it carefully and not down essential information.
Step 5: Teacher hands out worksheet with table, in 1st column it is written the names of robot, the second column is empty. Teacher asks pupils to fill the 2nd column with the abilities, descriptions of robots. If necessary they use the box of words.
Step 6: After finishing teacher check all groups answers and give praise the group that do task correctly and finish first.

Activity 6. Remember box ( Time for emotions)
Teacher use Remember Box ( with phrases) and listening activity in order to make students fell the use of the expressions of the emotions in real life conversation ( handout 4):
Teacher asks students to listen the conversation and complete it with the phrases from the Remember Box;
After finishing teacher asks students to compare their answer with their partners and together, decide which emotion the listener is trying to express.

Home assignment
As a home-activity ask the students to read the text “Fantastic Mr Fox” and write report about it.

Technology has changed a lot in the last few years. From new medical things to space robotics, the world has changed for the better! All of these new inventions are possible thanks to innovators with amazing ideas.

The medical field is one of the areas that has improved with technology. Doctors can now operate on a person using a microscope, a laser, and even robots!

Some people may think that GPS is an amazing invention, but other people may disagree. The GPS works everywhere on the planet, and it shows your location in real-time. This could be useful for some parents who worried about their kids, but it could be used for wrong activities. It can also be helpful when you’re on a road trip, and you’re lost in the woods! Take out your phone and find the nearest route

Handout 5. Look at the Remember box. Listen and complete the conversation with the language phrases you hear. Work in pairs. Compare your answers with a partner. Together, decide which emotion the listener is trying to express.

B: It’s called Virtual Walk. First, you download the app on your phone. Then you choose a place where you want to walk. You can choose a beautiful park to walk though. Or you can walk to all the amazing places in the world. There are lots of places to choose.
