LEGAL NOTICE West Chicago Park District 201 West National Street West Chicago, IL 60185 Kress Creek Farms Park Phase 1 The West Chicago Park District does hereby invite sealed bids for Kress Creek Farms Park Phase 1. Work will include site clearing, earthwork operations, cast in place concrete, concrete walks and paving, pavement striping, decomposed gravel pathways, site furnishings, planting and seeding, stone masonry, wood fencing, and electrical work. Project manuals, including bid form and specifications, and construction documents are available after 10:00AM on Monday, September 12, 2016 from Accurate Repro. Bids will be accepted at the West Chicago Park District, 201 West National Street, West Chicago, IL 60185, during regular office hours. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the Contractor's name and address, and "Bid for Kress Creek Farms Park Phase 1," on the face of the envelope. Bids must be received no later than 10:00AM on Thursday, September 29, 2016. Bids will be opened at 10:01AM on the same day the bids are due, at the West Chicago Park District, 201 West National Street, West Chicago, IL 60185. All bidders will be required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable to the West Chicago Park District. The West Chicago Park District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, parts of any and all proposals, or to waive technical errors or omissions in submitted proposals.
