How Python Runs Program
Every programming language has its way of working in order to execute the
program. They all work differently, which is you must learn the process of
organizing  these  words,  and  the  various  statements  required  by  the
programming language in order to avoid any issue or errors. In this section,
I will briefly explore the way python executes its commands.
When  you  work  with  this  language,  you  must  understand  that  this  is
through  an  interpreter  language.  Therefore,  you  need  a  text  interpreter  to
execute  the  programs  line  by  line  before  converting  into  the  language  the
computer  can  understand.  Since  python  is  a  scripting  language,  you  can
directly write your code and execute it through the Python shell or decides
to write the code and save it with its file extension.

What python does is to work on your source code and convert them into a
byte  code,  which  has  the  extension  as  .pyc;  this  makes  it  easier  for  your
code to be executed, and within few seconds, you see the output.
Each  time  you  try  to  call  a  program  you  wrote,  what  python  does  is  to
check  if  it  has  a  compiled  version  already  with  .pyc  suffix.  Python  will
check if a compiled version already exists with the .pyc suffix. If it does, it
will load the code, but if it doesn’t, a new code will be created before the
program executes.
